I am so disappointed in Tru Assure. I no longer qualified for medical insurance through the marketplace. The marketplace told me that they would cancel my dental insurance through you but they failed to do this. I spoke with a gentleman in December he told me that I needed to fill out an application. He emailed me the application on December 26 and I mailed it back that same day! I was told that it was lost in the mail But it never came back to me with my return address on it. So I submitted another application on January 7 and was told that you didn’t receive that either. My big concern was that my bank information was on those applications, and my worst nightmare came true. My checking account was hacked! I called and spoke to a supervisor who told me she would call me back but never did! As a result I have gone with another dental insurance carrier. There are no Words to explain this travesty

Just couldnt have been more indifferent approach to a reoccurring problem when I called. Given similar plans I'd chose a different company next time - because of customer service when I called today

I broke my top front teeth on a corn cob skewer last fall and payment was denied for the restoration. My dentist submitted my claim with details and pictures. Claim was denied and resubmitted only to be denied again. I've never worked with such a poor customer service team concerning a dental claim.
