The service has been good My complaint is the business hours are not good for Eastern standard Time people. If the service is going to be offered everywhere in the United States the hour should accommodate all time zones. I'm grateful that all the customer service representative I have spoke to thus far speak good clear English and appear to be United States residents that is very important to me.One thing they can work on for me is make sure the claims are processed in a more timely fashion.

I just wish for the high premium I pay every month, that the annual maximum would be increased from $2000 to $2500 since in 2021, I will be paying ALMOST $50 a month to continue keeping this insurance.

Paid claims in a timely matter.

i have dental insurance for my daughter and TruAssure has been good to us. No complaints and I am happy with them
