Very happy with your service. As per your advise, I told the dental provider that they have a contract with you & are not supposed to charge me up front & to send the claim to you first., They did not like it, so be it. If their attitude does not change, I will find another Provider.

Pleased with everything except I was not notified that on Jan.1, 2019, I had an increase in the premium without being notified
