Hard to get in contact with a real person.

There is no way to reach a human. Additionally after logging on to custmer portal there is no way to update my address. So my policy does not cover the correct apartment number. This should be a simple process however I have to wait 48 hours before updating my address.

Terrible u have not sent my policy i have turned u into better Business Bureau..u took $30.91from my account and have not called..issued a policy but the fbi said they have other complaints on your scam
