I would appreciate if you did not charge me for return shipping.

Having been in the design business, most of my life, I have dealt with quite a number of vendors. I received not only a dirty damage mat but it came in a box that was clearly marked, “Bad panel” Carolina CreekHouse deducted a $50 "restocking fee" which they could never send out again to another customer!!! Additionally, I was told that I was fortunate that they were not going deduct a $20 shipping charge as well. I will NEVER recommend this company to any of my clients ever again!
