Good products . Very un happy with UPS shipping

Nice, flat, protects the floor from constant shoes, liquids, etc. by the kitchen sink. Highly recommended!

I tried to call the listed phone number with area code “770” three times during regular business hours in EST time zone, never spoke to a person. All three times I got an answering machine to leave my phone: “we will call you back” The problem with call backs is, I work from 8 am - 6 pm with a 30min lunch break. I cannot just take a call back at any time while at work.

The actual product, the Emily mat was wonderful. And the purchasing process was easy and it came quickly. However my problem is with the return process. Unfortunately the mat did not work where I was hoping to use it so I started a return process and I get an email saying it will cost me over $20 to email back so I had the option of picking another product or paying the shipping. I feed very deceived because nowhere in the return info did it state I would have to pay that high of a returning fee. If I had known that I would have not order something. This mat is a decorative item and I would not have taken the chance for it to work if I knew the return process was the way it is. I’m so sorry to have to give a low star review.

For the price paid I, I expected a better looking product!
