I’m not that happy with the online store. I ordered two bracelets . Which now I can not get. I have been offered a credit which I can put towards something else in the store. I think I should be credited the amount back into my account as the items are not available. Can you please email me to see if this is possible. Thank you for your help in this matter.

This is the 2nd Multicolour Taniger Table Lamp I have purchased. However, I will NOT be buying anything else from Ishka in the future because they did not reply to multiple chats when another item I ordered isn't delivered.
