Cute designs, good picture quality on the website. Great shipping & return policies. Wish there were more selections for narrow feet. Even the adjustable straps on the sandals are not tight enough. A longer piece of velcro would help get a tighter fit.

Shopping/shipping were great, but why did you not notice that I immediately returned the shoes because they did not suit me & were thus very uncomfortable? I’d better check my credit card bill to make sure you processed that return!

Last couple pair of shoes purchased have been a disappointment. One pair rubbed blisters on my heels after one workout. Sandals hurt my feet so bad just sitting in them for 2 hours. Bought shoes for my husband thinking they'd be perfect for work but they looked like they'd fall apart after wearing for a month and for the price I didn't want to chance it so we returned them as well. I wanted to try more aetrex because the first pair were so amazing (boots) I wore them all winter and swore to many people how they helped my back and hips. I was hoping to find other styles that were as amazing as the boots but each style seem to all be made differently. Thankfully Aetrex return policy has been excellent!
