Etching Expressions

I love ordering wine bottles from here for gifts, but they do not let you know estimated delivery time so who I sent the gift to missed it three times. Then I had them send it back to me so I could re-ship them, and I missed them as well. Just need better estimated delivery time for the alcohol products

Etching Expressions did their part. FedEx failed to deliver inside of the same county within a week and missed the planned event.

I did not get what I ordered. I got a similar item sent. This one has a bulb at base. What I ordered had a straight oblong base. Did not like the switch

After expressing multiple times during conversations that I needed to have item by a certain date and being repeatedly assured that I would, I placed my order. Item DID NOT ARRIVE !!! In fact, it was two days late and therefore of no use to me! Company blamed shipper, shipper blamed company and customer was left in the middle of to businesses arguing on who was right and who was wrong. I was reimbursed for the additional fee for expedited shipping but nothing more was offered. Terrible way to do business especially with a repeat customer. Never again. Too expensive a product to be treated like a yo yo.

Your delivery was deplorable, and your communication of said delivery wasn't met, this was a terrible experience
