Found website and ordering easy. Company did follow up call because I hadn’t responded to an email which I hadn’t received. Appreciated the call and was able to handle everything over the phone. Reasonable time frame from when I ordered to when product was received. Would definitely use your service again.

I originally ordered something from their website where the description said one thing, but when I received it, it wasn't that. The etching was great!! I just wasn't thrilled about what I had intended to order (based on description) was not what I received. I contacted customer service and explained my confusion and disappointment. They worked with me to right it and also altered the description on the website. Great product, great wedding gift to give, and great customer service.

The quality is unmatched, the customer service is phenomenal and shipping times are quick. My favorite thing to give for a gift.
