Condition received was not something I wanted to give to customers.

2 items missing from order. Called twice. Left voicemail. Second time vm is full. Sent email. Told I must send a picture of the items delivered along with invoice. What in the world did that prove?? Items were replaced and arrived a week after initial delivery. A lot of extra work just to get what I paid for. A token item and an oops note would have made up a bit for all the extra work I had to do just to get what I paid for.
