Worst ever
I have had to constantly chase and track my items that were never delivered. It took me 10 emails to get a acceptable response and to the Credit of the company they tried to make it right I re-shipping the order but I never got a tracking number and so I still don’t know when and where my product is. I will never ever order from the company direct ever again and if I do choose to continue to purchase Ryderwear, I will go through Amazon. Very unfortunate as I have a large number of items from the company and I’ve had pretty good luck previously, but this one was a nightmare by the way… I still don’t have my shoes after ordering them November 3.
