Unable to download. Error message just said the "shop was unavailable."

No response. No software. Nothing. I didn’t even get my refund.

Ordered download of Turbo Tax Deluxe. Installed it and per the warning, upgraded to Windows 10 before proceeding. Subsequently when I ran Turbo Tax, it asked for the license key again. I entered it and was told that it was not valid...error code 603. It was ordered on 2/5/20, order 24053. When I tried to download it again, the site was not available. My friend ordered the software and is trying to get a refund at present.

I have emailed support for 4 days and called the number for support on web site for four days and never have gotten codes to use software

No response from seller when asked to send a copy of invoice or download instructions for software. No response via E-Mail or telephone. Now unable to access site at all.
