I placed an order, got nothing, and did not get any communication upon my request. I called 2 times and emailed 3. No response. I canceled order due to non-response. Still have none to date.

I bought the turbo tax deluxe from this "company." The download link occurred within a day. After downloading, I needed the registration key to unlock the application, and it was no where to be found. What made matters worse was their customer service. The phone number on their website went directly to a voicemail system. The greeting was so generic, I immediately thought that I had be duped. I emailed their customer service department, per the contact us page, several times trying to get an answer. And nothing. I even cleaned out my spam folder thinking that it went there instead of my inbox. Nothing. I ended up having to buy the application directly from Amazon, which provided the license key at the time of download. This company is a joke that is only out to take your money and run. Not only do I NOT recommend them, I advise staying clear away from them.

I payed to download the basic Turbotax, I was dinged to twice before I could even submit. I don't live in a state that has a state income tax. So how in the h@ll can you advertise FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE. I have use Turbotax for more than 20 years but this is the last time!

Submitted PayPal dispute before I got download. Then they sent me a download but the key was used and the software would not open. No refund or second code sent

Never received activation code. No calls were answered, no emails were answered, total fraud company
