I love these jeans. I bought them in new moon and myth. Crop jeans are tricky for me because my body is equidistant from my waist to head and toes, which means while I don’t have short legs, they’re not long and cropped jeans could make them look short. Not so with these jeans. I’m 41, 5’4” 137lbs, 27.5” waist 37.5”-38 hip-hourglass. Size 28 fits perfectly. I also appreciate the thoughtful cut of these jeans; I have fuller thighs/ round bottom from sports/training history and these jeans not only accommodate them, they look good and are comfortable! The rear is very flattering and overall a very flattering jean-especially for a crop! Be sure to look at the material mix of different washes as it changes between them, so for example new moon and myth have less spandex or elastane and more cotton than the others-less stretch. So whatever your preference, select wash not just on appearance, but also how stretchy of a fit you prefer...everyone is different, go with what works for you. I wear these with slides, sneakers, or Birkenstock clogs. I’m sure they’d look outstanding with heels or mules -I’m saving my joints and spine to function as they should in case I live a long time-so no heels for me! Citizens of Humanity has an awesome return policy and should you want to try a different jean or other product instead of what you ordered, you can use a return credit to order your replacement right after submitting your online return, so you don’t have to wait until they receive your return to try/purchase a different pair of jeans which means less waiting. They don’t charge you except if there’s a difference in the cost of return/new product and they simply apply the credit at purchase and then let you know when they receive your return and refund you the difference if there is one or the return/new product zero out b/c they were same cost. It’s a convenient policy and I’ve used it a few times while trying different styles of jeans. Highly recommend this jean, highly recommend doing business with this company.

Your jeans are great. The denim color and weight reminds me of the fabric of original jean I wore in the sixties. I loved the high rise fit...best for a mature fan of jeans. I had to return because the 25 I usually wear was too big...trying a size 24. The responses from C of H was very prompt, professional and pleasing for an online purchase.
