Great customer care!
There was a delivery issue and when I contacted H&M, they responded soon to my email, researched and resolved the issue, then informed me of the resolution, also within expedience. Having a live person attend to the problem, and doing so in a friendly, prompt manner, was, sadly to say, quite above the “normal” bot “service” we are subjected to these days. Their customer care is almost as good as their socks (tho nothing can surpass the quality of those socks!).
