All cotton. Doesn't mention spandex, yet they stretch. Don't compress your feet. Relax over a day, but don't fall down or off.

Delivery great. Customer service great, very responsive to my questions about size issue. Product is great - LOVE the cotton socks!! However, I find the elastic in the calf part too tight (I've tried women's L and men's M), they leave an imprint on my leg and I don't have muscular calves. I may try men's L. But would love it if I could find 100% cotton socks. (I use them to put on my feet and wear around the house or sleep in, after applying moisturizing or other medicinal salves.) Your socks are exceptionally soft & feel so good on the feet. :-)
