Great service - quick and easy to order - always receive order in a timely fashion

Our church childcare has used the SecurMatch bands for years. They work perfectly for our purposes. I was able to order the bands online this time. Ordering was fast and easy. The bands came in a short amount of time. Unfortunately, our tax exempt status was not attached to the account after two orders with a customer service rep. However, Princess was very helpful in getting the tax exempt status attached to our account and a refund for the tax amount. Thank you for your great customer service!
