I was so pleased with Ashley's help. She went 'over the top' to solve my problem, namely that my printer wouldn't print. I was sure the problem was a lack of toner in the black cartridge - and it was. But the magenta toner(unknown to me) was also 'out'. Who knew? Ashley returned my call! A thing unknown in this day and age! I had been slowly coming to the realization the whole world, except for me, was a computer. But it's not. Quest for Toner hires breathing people!

I have been purchasing my HP Cartridges from another store outlet and then I found that Quest Toner Cartridges will last twice [ double the ink ] as long as the other stores, so I am very pleased indeed. So thank you Quest Toner.

Ive been ordering my ink cartridges from Quest4Toner for the last few years. Their website is easy to navigate, ordering is very simple and straightforward, and the turnaround time is very short - in other words - I wish more on-line companies function this way/!
