I'm very impressed with Quest4Toner's customer service! I recently contacted them after receiving a defective color cartridge. After I tried the helpful tips they suggested to verify that it wasn't my printer the company immediately sent me a replacement cartridge.

Quest4Toner has given me Great Service. I made a mistake and ordered wrong ink for my printer but some one in their organization recognized this mistake and actually emailed me to double check my order. It saved me money I would have spent on an unwanted cartridge but more importantly it would have delayed my printing as the others were useless without the full compliment for my printer.
