The delivery service is excellent! The toner works well with my printer. I once had a problem where the printer would not accept the toner, and it showed "original toner required" or something similar. Excellent Service, very happy with the toner and prompt delivery. Excellent printing quality and zero technical issues. (As with any toner cartridge, I get that much more life out of it towards the EOL by rocking back and forth - just as you would to get the last bit in any packaged product.)
