I'm not very good with ordering things using technology. I don't know that collect from the warehouse was the same as Click and Collect. For me that could have been made clearer. On arrival at the warehouse , while there was a sign on the front of the building ,there was no clear guidance as to where to go to collect. It took a bit of looking around the ground floor, before I saw the very small Reception sign, on the door at the top of the metal steps. A lager directional signs at ground level , pointing up the steps would have made it much quick to pick up my order. It might be that the Click and Collect is a new system, so I hope my observations are of use The staff I did speak to were both polite and efficient. Love the multi coloured "Packing Peanuts" . Great that they are biodegradable .

Great value for money, robust and easy to use. I sell beautiful vintage fabric accessories so it was important that they arrive in strong, protective and aesthetically pleasing packaging that is as ethical as possible and these are recyclable. These postage bags tick all the boxes so I ordered more immediately!
