Exactly what I was looking for

This pad is a perfect size to keep me on track without getting in the way. It folds to easily store in a notebook when I’m on the go and it’s simple to transfer when I am ready to start fresh.

I was researching journals to

I was researching journals to make one of my own because I just could not find one that does what I want... as I was looking at journals, making a list of all that I like so I could design my own, I realized this journal was checking all the boxes PLUS added items. This purchase was a no brainer, and I’m sure I will buy more. I love that the pages are not dated, so if I miss days I don’t feel like I’m wasting pages, or have to re-date everything (done that before😊) oddly enough, this also frees me up from guilt for “failing” to journal that day...I just pick up the next day that I can and keep going. I also love the goal sections and the time for review- there is so much power in the review/reflection phase of growth. I like that each day I am asked different questions that stimulate thought, and I am also challenged daily to write down a mantra. Sometimes I use someone else’s, sometimes I just make up my own based on the day and where I’m at in life. This journal strikes such a good balance between allowing me to be creative, yet guiding me. I appreciate that there are two ribbon markers so I can put one in today, and also the goal section that I am working towards, I can flip to either very easily and see what I am after, and where I’m at. I cannot think of anything that I would change in this journal, maybe make it spiral bound. I love spiral, but this is so well made that the binding isn’t a problem, so, really... this journal is beyond what I knew I needed!

A must have

lets me keep track of what I’m eating, my workouts. Also has healthy tips that allows me to keep on with water intake and meal planning. It has a almost everything you need for total wellness; like worksheets, food and exercise journal, meal and goals, training, shopping lists. Must have. Don’t think twice. Just buy it
