I have rave and praise for your company. This was my second order. Your prices are GREAT. The difference between your prices and what we were paying at the only office supply store near us is staggering. I now tell everyone I know or meet that maintains an office that they need to know about you. But the price is only half the story. I had trouble with my printer's drum unit and thought it was your cartridge. But your tech walked me right through the problem and your cartridge was and still is working fine. I also purchased from you an new drum. All I have ordered has been shipped and delivered in good time, no worries at all, and your products seem to be just as good as the brand name.
