placed the order on 2/16 because I needed the boxes within a specific timeframe. The expected delivery date provided was no later than Saturday, 2/21, but they weren’t delivered until 2/24. I was deciding between ordering from you and ULINE, which typically ships within 2–3 days. Because the order arrived late, I ended up having to place a second order with ULINE for the same boxes in order to meet my deadline.

I usually buy the black mailer boxes, but since those have skyrocketed in price I had to buy the regular brown mailer boxes and the quality of those are just not great. They are very uneven. They are really hard to open and close and I cut myself on them every time I fold them to put them together. I unfortunately will have to find another place to buy boxes from for the time being.

I tried to return the Industrial tan tape due to it tearing and I have gotten no response on IF they will accept the return. Horrible customer service.

Terrible. Black from the box came off all over my hands and all over my desk

Boxes came damaged and were poor quality. I will not be ordering again, I ordered similar boxes from amazon that were much better quality for a much cheaper price.
