Just theworst company to order the boxes

Placed my order on 23rd September and even after multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received the correct items. First, I got scrap paper instead of my boxes, and despite repeated promises, the delivery has been delayed for over a month — now expected by 7th November. Extremely poor coordination, slow response, and unprofessional service. Very disappointing experience.

I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with both the product and the service. The quality was subpar, with an awful smell that made the product unusable. What’s worse, there was no proactive tracking information provided, and I had to chase down updates from the sales team myself. On top of that, there’s no clear return or cancellation policy mentioned, which is bizarre and unprofessional. To make matters worse, there’s no proper section to leave a review, making the entire operation feel questionable and untrustworthy. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this to anyone.
