The website is misleading in its MoQs. It clearly said 100 pcs but had to order 250 pcs. It was raised to customer care, but they just said can't do anything about it , it is 250. Also, delivery was delayed despite multiple follow-ups. It was dispatched a day later than confirmed timeline and that too after follow-up.

The description said the mailers were non-Tearable but the Tear very easily and Gsm quality looks sub par. I was disappointed by this.

unaligned pasting makes almost 20% box useless.

I have already been in discussion with your team regarding the order i placed which was damaged due to being stuffed in a smaller than size box , to which the team said we dont find any damage and to keep it under some weight...Highly disappointed by this specially coming from a packaging company...Hope this is rectified in my next order
