I'm pleased with the following 02 points: > Finally I have a tuck-in flap boxes whose flaps or lids stay in closed position without having to use any sticky tapes. > I was able to get about 25 good boxes from the lot of 100 boxes. This is a remarkable improvement over the previous orders where I have had 95 - 100 % wastage. The 75% wastage in this order is due to dirty finger prints (more visible on whites), excessive glue that looks dirty, boxes stuck to one another, misaligned prints, poor print quality, poor cut quality... All of the above issues that could be eliminated if you had a QC in place... So I'm just thinking why can't you increase the price of your products by 4x and give us 100% quality products? Would this not save your customers' time doing QC and would it not reduce wastage in a country that's already plagued with over population, contamination and pollution? I have some additional feedback that may also help: The 7x7 brown tuck-in flap boxes and the 7x7 white tuck-in flap boxes are not the same size and not true to what's published on your website. I bought these 25 pc 7L x 7W x 5H Inch Corrugated Brown Box Single Wall - 3 Ply to accommodate about 04 of those 7x7 white tuck-in flap boxes because the brown tuck-in flap boxes fits perfectly. Now these Corrugated Brown Boxes has resulted in wastage for us because the white tuck-in flap boxes don't fit. So why don't you allow customers to buy all of your items in 1 pc, at a higher price than MOQ pricing, thereby enabling them to get an idea of the product actual samples before buying in bulk? We don't want free samples just allow us to try 1 pc Fedex shipping paid samples please.

Box kwality is very low and side cutting also not good

very bad communications late dispatch worst customer support

The boxes were wet, had to be put under sun for two days and the shape got distorted that is why.
