Pro: 1. pretty much lots of options to choose from 2. Timely delivery Cons: 1. smelly 2. on the expensive side 3. a lot thinner than expected(considering the price). movers and packers guys provide stronger boxes at a fractional cost.

I believe people ordering from other state need more clarity on the product they buy.

The first few purchases with U pack were good, the product was received without any damages or a different product was delivered so continued purchasing with them until a recent purchase, which turned out to be equally disappointing and no team member from their end is providing any assistance. Just one acknowledgment mail was received when the complaint was raised.

I was expecting better box material. It is 300gsm paper...

Quality - 4/5 Delivery 1/5. The delivery process isn’t very smooth. 3 times I got the message that Delhivery couldn’t deliver. The truth is they never attempted. No one came to deliver or call. All of this makes Upack extremely reliable in terms of when the cartons may arrive.
