Very bad pricing. Way to high and quality is also not that great.

Pathetic prices, pathetic product

The outer box was damaged causing inner boxes to bend. I had to go to post office to collect the parcel. I also contacted customer care, asking not to ship via indianpost but they said indianpost was the only option. But i was getting packages via bluedart and dlhivery from ages in my zipcode. Basically they charged me for shipping and i had to collect the parcel from post office. WOW! Great customer experience.

Quality of the box is not good, Quantity receive is not as per the order and billing, received less number of boxes of each size. Found some holes in box upper layer like dent of something, which is ruining look of box MAster packaging was not organized properly, size by size stacking or bundle of each size with proper marking of size and quantity.

Poor quality. My first and last order with UPack.
