U-PACK

Dear Team, I have received my order yesterday after much deliration and follow ups of 16 days, but my struggle didn't end here, the quality and finishing of the of the product this time is so pathetic. This is my 3rd or 4th order, I was very happy all these days, but this order has shattered my belief in you guys. So pathetic quality, the side cuts, the color, everything not in place. I cant use them its a sheer waste for me.

Box could not fit my A3 photo frame. Breadth was less by 1-1. 5 inches. Ver disappointed.

We have been regularly ordering in bulk. But it seems lately the quality of the boxes has deteriorated. They are of inconsistent sizes and incorrectly cut. The material is also now softer than before.

You shown unavailable products in the list. Its not correct. I ordered one product and paid the money. Then I got message from you, that product is not available and asked me to choose another product. I didnt like that product but I choose, due to there is no option. I paid right, thats why.

Where is my replacement
