Good Customer Service
We tried the Genuine Ink for the first time to get ink of our HP LaserJet. For us it was a week for standard shipping, but we felt things would be OK. Got a notice of shipment right away.
Then we got the notice of a discomebooberation on the part of FedEx (Not surprised, every shipping issue I've ever had has involved FedEx.). Seems the package wasn't picked up. Upon calling I actually got in touch with a genuine human being with a brain! She actually cared and wanted to help.
The short story is, she did help, and we got our ink right on time and everything worked great, even with FedEx involved.
Please accept our aplomb for your service and price. Next time, we'll know who to call.
