Shipment arrived intact. An email received a friendly response, but result was not as expected. We were disappointed by mixing of different batches in one shipment. At your price point, we'd have expected either a warning ahead or apology after. Serious company and good ware, but it appears to us they are not aiming to highly satisfy in every aspect. So we'd rather look to buy elsewhere.
