the person assisting me with placing my order was very helpful. I would have liked to have received some status updates along the way. After I called asking for a delivery date, I received an email with a UPS tracking number, which was great.

The process was good but the product was less than expected.

The package was slow getting shipped. I called to ask what happened to it. Otherwise the transaction was excellent.

Blotters, and all accessories met or exceeded my expectations. NIce quality leather, stitching even and attractive.

Looks nice. Can't fit my business cards in the pouch horizontally. The zipper does not open and close as easy as I hoped but it has nice pockets and holds my cell phone which I like. It looks very durable.
