Although there were a couple of glitches with my order, the end result was perfect. They sent paid labels for me to make the return and then when I received the perfect order, they even sent a little extra something for my troubles. They were very accommodating, understanding and patient. Their customer service is outstanding.I would definitely order from there again.

The mat looks nice, is good quality and the monogrammed lettering added a nice personal touch and detail to make it a lovely gift. I have to add that the customer service was fantastic. They actually sent the mat without the monogramming which was a disappointment but they responded to my email within MINUTES 2 days before Christmas and made the exchange pretty effortless. While I didn't get the intended monogrammed mat by Christmas, it was arriving at our door within days. I was very impressed with how quickly and respectfully they handled the issue. Will be a returning customer.

Very nice and sturdy waste basket. It adds a touch of elegance to my office and matches my two-tone furniture. Worth every penny.
