Not only are the products great, but the assistance is extra ordinary. We created an embossing die and while there was an extra charge for customization, it was very reasonable and the results were fantastic. Converting a PDF file to a die file just did not meet our quality standard. Their 'artist' were able to modify the file to meet our standards and resulted in products that look superior in our conference room and reception area. Just do not hesitate to request assistance. They can deliver.
