I could talk about great service which is true. Could also talk great products my first pen 🖊 I got after the first moon landing and have used Fisher pens ever since. And this one was for a new friend who tried my Fisher pen and liked it so I got her the cap-o-matic with the broad point and blue ink in red and her name engraved and she almost cried after writing with it and had to hug me saying its so much better than the pens she used. I have over 15 Space Pens including the first astronaut pen and carry 2 with me every day.
