Satisfied with the stamps’ good impression on paper. Customer service promptly responded to my inquiry about an ink refill for the stamps I ordered. I realized I had missed the refill tube in the bottom crease of the envelope when I threw it in the trash. Despite being in a small ziplock bag, the tube was stuck there. I discovered my mistake after taking the envelope out to send a picture of the product, including the envelope, as requested by customer service.
