Less personal now…
When I first reached out I felt like my business was really valued. I could just email the same contact each time I needed to place an order. I was honestly blown away with the personal service I was originally provided. They even offered to drive 3.5 hours with a few machines for me to test out. My contact offered me a special price on the particular vacuum we use and have since bought, I think 4 through them, over $1k each. But they only held this up for the first few, now I believe I can get it cheaper elsewhere online. I was also offered free postage for orders over $300, but has now gone up to $500. I let them know which products I frequently order and asked for them to keep some bottles in stock, but a year later and they still have to order from the supplier sometimes when I place an order, which delays my whole order. Recently I have been referred to the online website to order. Which honestly I’m ok with, it’s how I do the majority of my ordering. But, I really did like having the personal service too. I initially had such a great experience and was happy to stick with them for as long as I’m in business, but I’m currently looking around for the same personal service they originally offered me.
