I love it!!!

Very great customer service. After I entered my own address incorrectly, the item I ordered got shipped back, but they fixed it and sent it right back to me at no extra cost. Quality of item is assumed fine but I have not used it yet.

We use PPD-15 and print 8 x 10 photographs on an Epson 8550 Ecotank printer. This paper is the best we've ever used, and we've tried many. We tried Photo Paper Direct when Costco developed supply problems with their paper. We were happy with the Costco product but when it is not in stock it has no value. The PPD-15 is as good as the Costco product and possibly a little better. When combining sales offers and free shipping the Photo Paper Direct is a couple of cent's per page more expensive than the Costco product. Again, price is not important if an item is out of stock. We recommend this product and for two cents per picture we will not go back to the Costco paper.
