Great pencils! The graphite is centered consistently within the center of the pencil (not true for some other brands) and it sharpens well, and it doesn’t break easily. I’ll be sure to repurchase!

The Golden Bear has deep soft lead color and writes smoothly. Doesn't need a pad underneath the paper. My new favorite to replace the ones I can no longer find.
