This will be an updated review. The first time I ordered, the wooden pencil box arrived broken. I emailed them with photos of the defective box, and immediately received a response. I was told my problem would be handled by another department. From there, no communication until finally I was sent an email saying a new box would be shipped. I did receive the new box in perfect condition. I rated it as 5 stars because they did come through and eventually I received the merchandise I had ordered. I do not blame the company as the box may very well have been damaged in transit. I will continue buying from this company in the future.

No issues at all whatsoever with shipping, and I love the pencils. That's about it!
