The Blackwing 602 Pencils opened my eyes to the possibility of FABULOUS pencils. Never imagined writing with a pencil could be such a sensory pleasure. I just gave one of my 12 to an architect friend. He was incredulous that I would present him with one lousy pencil -- until he started writing with it. Pencils.com website is easy to navigate. I went there because NY Times Wirecutter had recommended the Golden Bear Blue #2' -- but they were out of stock when I got there. Sadly, when I did get the Golden Bear #2's, I discovered they are not in the Blackwing 602's league. However, since I rarely write with a pencil, the 11 Blackwings I have left should lasst me a VERY long time. but as I say -- such a PLEASURE to write with -- and so well engineered at the eraser end. Bravo!
