very pleased. cartridge works perfectly with no firmware updates needed. I have had problems with others in the past.

Great ink at about 1/4
Great ink at about 1/4 to 1/2 the cost of manufactures ink. Had no problems with the cartridges. When I did they solved the problem quickly.
