Excellent customer service and Consultation on my ink issue not working properly.

I was happy with the site, but my order - not so much. I ordered two XP-4200 XLBlack cartridges and one was faulty. It would slide into the slot for the black cartridge, but the printer wouldn't accept it. So, now I have to send it back and ask for a refund or replacement. Not a great start!

I'm sure the ink is fine like it has been for the last 10 years. However, Brother has now made it impossible to run the printer with their automatic updates. Foolish me for thinking I signed up for those. . . .
