Very disappointed at the fountain pen's quality. I wish you could somehow make this right because the pen I received was not worth the price I paid for it. Not recommending to anyone I know

The quality of Japan is rubbish, if I hold it harder, i’m sure I will break up with my bare hand.

Well my glass pen bird fell off as soon as I took it out of thr box. Return it will cist me more so I'm im the process of glue it with resin UV. Wish me luck.

I originally ordered an over month ago and it was damaged when it arrived at FedEx. They said that they would replace my order on November 8th and promised they would keep me updated. December 1st, no updates at all. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.
