We purchased this pen as a gift for our son, who is an avid fountain pen collector. We bought ink with the same motif, and gold crane pen holders too. Huge success. He loves it! The pen now has a prominent place in his display case when not in use and/or resting on the crane. Even the ink and its beautiful box are displayed on a bookshelf. It was such a pleasure to give such a beautiful (and beautifully wrapped) gift. Thank you, Komorebi! We will be back for more.
