I thought I had a problem with the expiration dates on my ink and reached out to customer service. They responded immediately, and very kindly helped me see that what I thought was a 2025 expiration date was a 2026 date! I was very embarrassed, but they were so kind and understanding. The inks I received are genuine HP ink cartridges with great expiration dates. I am very pleased!
