I can't say the experience was anything special but I will take the savings anytime. I didn't notice that my black ink was getting dangerously low so I placed an order and then ran into town to Staples to buy a cartridge to get me by. The 'name brand' was $32 compared to InkCartridges price of $10 so I took a pass. I spent $92 to stock up on the different colors. I shudder to think what the price would have been at Staples.
