I ordered a set of eight CLI-42 cartridges for my Canon PixmaPro 100. Order came quickly, BUT one cartridge was duplicated, I got TWO Light Gray instead of one Gray and one Light Gray. Called Customer Service, had small wait and as soon as I explained the issue, the rep agreed to send me the correct cartridge, which I got in a few days. So, small error, but great recovery. I was impressed.
